Dukes is a cane spirit obtained by distilling the molasses obtained from sugar cane after crushing and crystallization. It was launched by Grays on December 1, 2008. It Is available as clear cane spirit and also in gold version, which resembles a whisky in colour, with a pleasant taste and aroma which is very well appreciated locally. Dukes is produced with the finest Sugar Canes in Mauritius and goes through a triple distillation process to obtain a pure refined cane spirit.
