Our products are produced in house using maximum sanitary measures requiring immediate refrigeration through its production, distribution, and shelf stocking.

The product is packaged in Trays, Vacuum Bags and cartons with a calculated shelf life based upon production date. Our target market is the general public (through go delivery.mu), retail, wholesale, hotels, restaurants and small outlets. Our labelling includes coding, ingredients, safe consumption guidelines (refrigeration guidelines) and expiry dates. Our range of products diversify from bulk meat to processed ones such as Biltong, Droewors, Boerewors, Sausages and Chilli Bites amongst others. We strive on excellence based on our logo "Karoo'' to be known in the Mauritian market.
